The area around Águilas has other places of striking beauty including natural park which is the boarder to Almeria where you can discover San Juan San Juan de los Terreros.

3. Community of Owners of lsla del Fraile Urbanization: 10-15€/month.
The cost of the community expenses in Isla Fraille Villa should be close to 0€. The expenses detailed below correspond to the maintenance of the Isla del Fraile Urbanization (security, green spaces, irrigation, illumination etc) to ensure the durability and correct maintenance of this amazing urbanization. The golf course is municipality owned and the maintenance is not paid by the owners of a property in the urbanization.
