I went to Spain to visit friends and was intrigued by what property prices were in relation to what I would see as my ideal package. I met Steve from VIP who not only took time to listen to what my requirements might be but he also went the extra mile in terms of service. With his highly professional profile I found it comfortable to make the decision to purchase.

I have know Steve for a few years and always recommend him to friends who are looking to buy in Mojacar. Steve has so much knowledge about the industry and Mojacar that I would be surprised if he couldn't help you to buy or sell. Just returned from Mojacar and can't thank Steve enough for his never ending help in finding a property. He is by far the best estate agent in the area as he treats every person who comes through the door of his office as individuals. I met Steve in September and on discussing property in the area of Mojacar he soon realised that I didn't know much about the area at all.. he took time out and took us all around the area explaining what Mojacar is about which then gave us a good insight as to where we would like to buy. We kept in touch with him from September to our next visit in November and we have just returned having secured a property.
